Shipping Method

Standard shipping includes a nominal cost. An additional cost is incurred with overnight shipment.
All international shipping and customs charges will be borne by the customer.

BMR Terms & Conditions

BMR appliance shipment agreement

  1. BMR appliances are available on a first come first served basis, and while supplies are available.
  2. IDrive assumes no liability for a lost or damaged appliance during the shipment process.
  3. You must return the BMR appliance to IDrive upon cancellation of your account.
  4. Notify IDrive in case of technical issues with the service at support@idrive.com
  5. You accept full liability of the BMR appliance, its components and accessories, while the appliance is in your possession.
  6. The BMR appliance can be shipped within Australia, Canada, Israel, Italy, Puerto Rico, UK and United States of America only.
  7. When ordering an IDrive BMR appliance, you are fully and solely responsible for ensuring the appliance can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. You are fully and solely responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance.

Pricing Terms

  1. You are enrolling for an automatic renewal service and authorizing a recurring charge to your credit card.
  2. The pricing discount is valid for the first year of subscription. For subsequent years, the standard billing plan will be applicable.
  3. The total amount includes any applicable taxes and fees. Sales tax/VAT is applicable for certain regions as per the federal mandates governing the regions.
  4. For cloud replication, certain paid accounts are allowed to use cloud storage space beyond the chosen plan's quota. This is to ensure uninterrupted backup even when the usage exceeds the quota. However, for usage beyond the quota, there may be an overage charge at the rate of $120/TB/month for all BMR plans. In case your usage exceeds your cloud storage quota, you may upgrade to one of the higher storage plans and avoid overage charges. Upgrades may involve additional charges. We also give you the option to configure your cloud retention policy and delete data from the cloud.
