qBackup is a light and efficient cross-platform backup application compatible with cloud storage, local system & SFTP server backups. Access and manage the data in your qBackup account with IDrive® e2 Storage.

Create Access Keys from the IDrive® e2 account and use them to establish a connection with qBackup.

To set up a project on qBackup with IDrive® e2,

  1. Install qBackup and launch the application.
  2. Click New+ to create a new project. Under the Include tab, add files and folders you wish to backup.
  3. Go to the Storage tab and choose S3 Compatible Storage. Under Use Access Key ID and Secret Access Key, enter the IDrive® e2 access keys, storage endpoint and bucket name.
  4. Click OK to set up your backup project.
  5. To run the backup, select the backup project, and click Backup on the menu bar.
