The Send Error Report option automatically captures essential information to help us resolve the
problems you may be facing with the application.
To send the error report,
1. Right-click the IDrive Express Tray icon.
2. Select the Send Report Error option, the
Send Error Report screen appears.
3. Enter your email address, contact number, and trouble ticket number.
4. Explain your problem, type of error or query in the
Message text box.
5. Click
Send to send your feedback or query to the IDrive technical support team.
