Send error report

Send an error report to the support team.

Steps:

  1. Choose Send error report from the main menu.
  2. Fill in the details and send the error report.

Services

Manage the services used by the application.

Steps:

  1. Choose Services from the main menu.
  2. Follow the prompts to stop/start/restart services.


Services:

  • CDP service: Shows the current status of the Continuous Data Protection service.
  • Dashboard service: Shows the current status of the dashboard service.
  • IDrive Cron service: Shows the current status of the IDrive cron service.

Logout

Log out of the application.

Steps:

  1. Choose Logout from the main menu.

Check for an update

Check for updates to the application.

Steps:

  1. Choose Check for an update from the main menu.
  2. Follow the prompts to check for and install updates.

Reconfigure your account

Reconfigure your account settings.

Steps:

  1. Choose Reconfigure your account from the main menu.
  2. Follow the prompts to reconfigure your account.

Uninstall

Uninstall the application from your system.

Steps:

  1. Choose Uninstall from the main menu.
  2. Confirm the action to uninstall the application.

Command-line arguments

To see the list of available command-line arguments, use the ./idrive --help command. This will display a list of arguments for performing various actions directly from the command line without navigating the menu.
